Whatever your business; supporting you is ours. Our engineers are ready.

Our 24 hour fault reporting system is the first step in the chain for most of our customers; many issues can be fixed with minimal intervention. If matters need escalation then our dedicated team of engineers, based in Aberdeenshire, will be able to get you up and running again in the shortest possible time. For many of our local government and utility contracts we offer a twenty four hour service package to give the wrap around support needed by these service providers. Our aim? To provide consistent communications whatever the weather.

Our customers know they can rely on us to deliver a high quality service that meets the highest standards for network reliability and availability.

Scot-Tel-Gould's STG SystemCare

This is amongst the most advanced two-way radio system support services available anywhere in the world. Your communication system is pro-actively monitored in order to help to protect against system failure and data loss. STG uses both 24 hour network monitoring tools and advanced reporting techniques together with telephone/on-site support options.

Build for the future

A well-built system will last; our installations are of the highest build quality. 19 December 2011 featured the strongest gust of wind ever recorded in Britain. These speeds were recorded at our radio sites on Morrone, at 859m in the Grampian region of Scotland. Through the severe weather our network continued to provide the local authorities with valuable communications. The registered wind speed was 194mph, only 37mph short of the world's most powerful gust on Mount Washington in New Hampshire in 1934.
